They can never consistently make drinks. I am so over this place. I order a shaken espresso every time and each time I say a dab of cream because they always hand it back to me with so much cream it over powers my drink. Even their website says "a touch". I send someone to pick one up for me they come back and it literally looks like it has 60% cream. All i taste is cream. The whole point of the shaken espresso is to enjoy the espresso taste! Not be over powered by CREAM. Its sad when a barns and noble barista makes it perfect EVERY TIME but an actual starbucks location cant.

My drinks have bee made wrong a few times. They never answer the phone its so frustrating especially when spending $15-20 each trip.

Horrible customer service. Manager couldn't help. Wanted to use stars on one drink and gift card on the other. Presented the stars only for her to use. She use my stars on both drinks. Lost out one getting new stars as i paid for my drink. Went back to talk to manager nothing she could do but give me another drink. Why would i need another drink i had just gotten one. Its frustrating that ppl don't do what you ask. This world has got to use common sense and logic. How are you even a manager if you can't do the basic in providing customer service right! Training and basic human skills is needed. I will finish out my gift card and ise all my stars i soent my hatd earned money on a never return to any Starbucks. This company and any other Corporate rich company ain't worth the headache if they can't run a basic coffee shop. Anyone want to buy a $20 gift card for $15 let me know. I'll also sell you stars .Banning myself from useless companies thanks for wasting my time and money!

The employees don’t know how to do simple math, employees stealing 20$ bills and the manger obviously don’t care. The employees were standing around in the back laughing and joking, I seen about 1 Girl and 1 Boy working the rest just sit there laughing. These starbucks employees in AZ have horrible customer service.
