The facility is really nice however the staff don’t seem to care about patients. If you plan on sending your loved one here, be prepared to handle everything. They don’t keep the patients appointments organized. There is no accountability when an issue arises. I’m constantly having to reach out to make sure my father’s appointments and medical needs are being handled. They always claim to not know however doctor staff have told me they get no response any time they reach out to The Woodmark. I receive zero communication unless I reach out first. The way they handle their residents feels like all they want is the money. They treat their facility more like an apartment then assisted living.

DO NOT ALLOW YOUR LOVED ONE'S TO RESIDE HERE! Do research 1st! Elderly laying in their own filth for hours. Wrong medications, short staffed, rude, not answering call buttons, overcharging... it goes on and on and on and on.

My mother was in memory care at the Legacy building. We could not visit her per covid policies. We were not happy with her stay there. Poor communication and a lot of issues. We took her a card daily with treats.. after her passing all the cards and treats were found unopened in her stuff. They didn't even give them to her. They lost her hearing aides as well. There is a long list of disappointments too long to mention. I would not recommend this place. Please look elsewhere and do your homework by looking at reviews and talking to residents.

I wouldn't put my dog in this home! We have a long time friend who is a resident. Last time we visited him, his nails were full of feces, he had strong body odor and hadn't been shaved. My mother who was his partner for 15 yrs, just cried after this visit. She attempts to call him on a regular basis but the staff never bring him to the phone. I've attempted to speak with the director of nursing who never returns my calls. Beware!!
