Allexis was absolutely amazing!! Helped me and my fiancé both get set up with a phone plan and iPhone 12’s, such a sweet girl and loved talking with her as we set everything up! She was beyond helpful with everything we needed while also welcoming customers walking in the door and training a new employee! Give this girl a raise!!

No ida how the anything but the service is, and it’s awful. Went there for the third time to try to upgrade my phone , once they were closed One of the website said they should be open and so did the door, the second time I went the store had a couple of people in it and the person working just never acknowledged me. this past time just a few minutes ago, A woman was working and initially I thought that might be a good thing because it wasn’t the person who had been there last time, but apparently 20 minutes before the store closes is when you should start rudely telling people that you’re close at seven. Because you’re so busy helping someone else out, both of you, but you can’t take customers. I can’t wait to find a way out of my AT&T contract so I can stop dealing with the stores.
