The owner owns Sun City Towing and they are a complete scam. The tow company has a contract with DPS. Do your research on the laws and reach out to DPS to let them know when they are violating state laws and their contract. They need to be put out of business.

Beware and stay away!! The head mechanic/supervisor named "ray" was extremely disrespectful. No customer service at all. He hung up on me for trying to explain my groupon voucher that stated appointments required and when explaining this he begun to get frustrated and would not let me speak. He just continued on ranting about its being hot outside and that there's no appointments and if i want an oil change i need to wait two weeks because hes to backed up. As soon as i questioned the instructions on the voucher he immediately hung up on me. I will never beg a business to take my money. I went to another great shop right down the road and had my work down same day.

I purchased a groupon to get a wheel alignment done. The first a lady answered the phone and gave me a time to come in only to find out they had no idea of me scheduled for an appointment. I booked a second time with a guy to come Saturday morning at 8am only to come and find out they are not open on the weekends. This place is disorganized and unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anyone. They are a waste of time.
