The actual body work is well done but customer service here is terrible! There is a serious disconnect when communicating completion times and parts availability resulting in me wasting multiple blocks of time running back and forth only to be given a revised completion time/date. This has happened on multiple vehicles/claims. I have had this experience on 3 different occasions. Time to

I went to this body shop to get an estimate for my insurance. The acknowledgement and service were prompt and friendly. I was there either late morning or early afternoon. A few hours later, I received the estimate in my email. I am still in talks with the insurance. The estimate price at this store was almost twice what the inspector had provided my insurance. I have no idea about the quality of their services so, I will leave it as a three stars. If the insurance decides I need to go somewhere else or something goes either right or wrong, I will update my review. I would just say, so far, so good.

Staff very professional and helpful. Good communication with updates sent to me. The bumper and sensors all back to “like new”condition. Also would recommend the small added fee for detailing after the work was finished. Perfection!

They did an excellent job with all the damage. I was very impressed to find they also cleaned the interior and it looks like a new car. It did take a long time to finish the repairs and I ended up going over my rental allotment, but they kept me up to date along the way. I have one problem that appears electrical which I will call and discuss.

If you need a rental car, we can help you make the necessary arrangements. Insurance companies only pay for a rental car if you have that option on your policy or if you are the claimant. Check your police or call your insurance company to find out if you have rental coverage and what your specific limitations are.
The amount of deductible that you are responsible for is determined by your insurance policy. If you carry collision insurance and were not at fault, sometimes your insurance company may waive your deductible. If you are not sure about your deductible, call your insurance agent and they can tell you whether or not you will be responsible to pay it.
The short answer is no. There are many factors that can greatly affect estimated repair costs. Parts prices and repair time is determined by our advisors with professional estimating software. Repairs often have hidden structural or frame damage that is not visible and may also warrant wheel alignment. Our expert staff will provide a thorough, accurate estimate after carefully examining your vehicle. We strongly encourage making an appointment rather than simply walking in, then you will know that you will be taken care of promptly!
