Completely painless purchasing experience. I reached out to Portsmouth Ford after finding the perfect vehicle on their website and worked with them through email and over the phone to get everything worked out for financing and our trade. Once everything was in place, we made the 2 hour drive across the state and spent less than an hour on site signing paperwork and verifying the trade, etc. Sent the first email at 9 am, left the house at 1:15 pm, arrived at 3:10 pm, and we on our way home around 4. Excellent experience, zero pressure with sales or financing office, all options explained. This is what car buying should be like every time.

Just purchased a 2022 F-150 Lariat from Eddy Francis. This is the BEST DEALERSHIP PERIOD!! They don’t over charge and they don’t charge dealer fees. I have shopped at a lot of Ford dealerships and they beat all of them. Not only did they not over charge the new truck but they bought my old one for more than the other dealership was offering and no up charge. Kelly ford was marking up a lariat for 14,000 dollars over sticker. I got a King ranch at Portsmouth Ford for less than the lariat at Kelly Ford. I would recommend everyone to buy at Portsmouth Ford. Don’t let the others rip you off. Because you will be 🪦 rip off when you want to upgrade next time. Because of all the negative equity you will have from the up charge that the other dealerships are charging. And Yasser was a great salesman he listened to what we wanted and got it done.
