Great family RV Resort. Everything was clean and well cared for. Easy walk to Buccaneer Park and Beach. Just FYI Buccaneer Beach is rocky, although we would go at low tide to get some sand. Beautiful Carlsbad Beaches are close by. Primos is a short walk for groceries and tacos. Paradise by the Sea has a pool, spa and nice game room. The only critique is we wish less young children in the spa after 5 pm so adults can get their time. All and all great place to stay.

From the second you pull into the resort you feel well taken care of. Every staff member was incredible helping in any way possible. It’s very clean and safely secure. The pool, jacuzzi and garden area are perfect and it’s also right next to a terrific park and beach. If you have kids this place is heaven and even if you don’t this place is probably even better!! I’d give this resort 10 stars if I could! We only planned on staying a week but ended up staying a month. Great coffee shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. You can tell the owners really care about their business! Family Owned and operated.Thank you again Paradise

Worth starting a family tradition! We stumbled upon this place when we took our RV from British Columbia to the Grand Canyon 7 years ago. Although it was only a couple days of our trip it was our kids favourite place: they love the close park, beach, clubhouse and store. So we came back for a week the next year. We sold our RV, so the next three times we flew or drove down and stayed in a rented RV. We had to postpone our annual trip because of COVID restrictions, but are so happy now to return. It is so much better than staying in a hotel because our kids have the freedom to wander the property, play games and make friends. Us, as parents, love meeting our neighbours too or getting some peace and quiet. So whether you have an RV or not, Paradise by the Sea is a great place to stay. I highly recommend it!

Spent a month at this park and had an awesome time there. Easy access to the beach and super for riding bikes! We had an issue while we stayed and management was quick to help us. The owners really went out of their way to take care of us. We travel with two dogs and they really made us and the dogs comfortable! Would stay here again if we are back in the area!

The price depends on the size of your trailer. Have you called them, they are super nice.

They vary by season and available spaces, we had a premium space on June that was $200 a night. But we has has a Change of plans and needed a 3 night mud week stay, everyone else was booked solid si we grabbed it. We have stayed there before, but always off season and sunstantually cheaper. We really do love this rv park!

We stayed there for 90 days. We received USPS mail, UPS deliveries, amd FedEx deliveries. The office was very good about holding packages for us!
90 day max stay. I know because that is the length of my current stay.
Depends what RV you have. And if you go on a weekday, weekend or holiday.
No tent camping. Closest tent camping is San Onofre and Carlsbad state beach. If you can get a spot, Carlsbad is the better of the two and very family/kid friendly.
