Been owners since Trendwest days and have been coming here forever. Great location. Love the scenery of the beach and marina from all the rooms. Got used to the trains and crowds but Honestly things have deteriorated here β- a few reasons why β 10 min wait for pool towel, being placed In a room near an elevator (people are loud), things in room needed attention (caulk?), broken toilet (they tried to fix), some rude guests, car alarm at night, an aggressive salesperson, and being bombarded by water balloons by a huge water balloon gathering at the pool today. It was a good run while it lasted. Ciao

Nice resort. Every room has a view towards the water. Parking underground seems fairly safe. Employees are courteous. If you're coming here, you know you're getting a sales pitch. You can't avoid that part. For me. That's the worst part. But once you get past that everything is very nice. Pool is large jacuzzi's large kids. Splash pool is fun too.

Customer service was subpar considering how much we pay π° as owners and how little we seem to get in return. Nevertheless, the location is ideal as the pier and harbor are walking πΆββοΈ distance from the resort. The pool πββοΈ and hot tub π were always crowded every single day of the week along with the tennis πΎ court too. The room was alright I suppose aside from the floors being sticky, shower πΏ not draining, and loud a$$ appliances. Make sure you wash π§Ό clothes and start the dishwasher when you are gone because you will not be able to hear π yourself think π. Parking in the garage is tough especially if you have a large SUV π so be aware of right spots.

This could be a 5 star. Location is great. Room design is good. The most important thing to me is it CLEAN. They failed miserably. Ants in the bathroom. Carpet had spill marks. So I walked with socks on. Socks were black and had pet hair. Dirt behind doors from sloppy mopping. Many choices in the area.....won't stay here again.

The easiest way is to open the browser on your device or computer and then go to Google homepage. Doing this will bring up the Deep Blue connection screen. Follow the instructions on that page (depending on your WorldMark owner level, Wi-Fi may be an additional charge, or it may be included). Note that the Username is a per visit identifier (it used to be tied to your account that you had to remember from site to site, but that is long gone now). Once you complete the first device, each additional one is much easier as the Username is used to locate your permissions. You will use the same username for all additional devices. Note that the system is not infallible, and I have run into problems from time to time. You can contact the front desk to assist, but most of the problems have been solved by Deep Blue directly, so note their number on the connection site and call them during business hours for more in-depth assistance. Hope this helps!
It was not free for us. We're not Wyndham members. It was ~$30 for 4 devices for the week. Not much but annoying that we had to pay at all.
