My girlfriend went for a full service oil change on 3/30/22 because I didn't have time to do it myself. Was given a sheet with everything done. They said they added washer fluid, there was very little in the reservoir. Said they checked coolant/antifreeze levels and said it OK. Radiator reservoir was bone-dry today, no leaks. The crew here will lie to you, and potentially cause an issue that is much more costly than the 5 more minutes it would've taken then to actually do their job and not lie to customers. If your sheet says "JLM" "DKS" or "JH" next employees, make sure you double check all your fluid levels before you leave because clearly they don't have the time to do their job properly.

So awesome 👌 I'm glad I found this place. Came on a Saturday around 11:40am. Pulled in line and waited my turn. Stayed in my truck while they changed my oil. Great service- quick and efficient. This is where I will be taking my vehicles to have oil changed from here on out!

No. I just ran into this same issue with my Jeep Renegade. If you can find your own oil at one of auto parts places, buy it and take the oil with you, also take your oil filter with you. The dealership wants twice the retail of the oil and filter. Thanks Gary! I was mistaken. The guys at the shop went above and beyond to help me with a brand new vehicle that had a very odd viscosity of oil (Thanks Jeep!) Even drove to Charlotte to get my oil filter, because it was different, too! My intial post was in no way a negative reflection on East Albemarle Texaco. I have been a customer for years and even an employee years ago.
