Lady at window number one was rude as hell. She wouldn’t help me atall. All I wanted was to get my SSN. She would throw me back the pen, clipboard, my I.D. Other than that, we didn’t have to wait for too long. The officer was polite I would have rated it a one star, but like I said the wait was not for too long & The officer was nice. .

Don't bother calling the 800 number. They won't answer the phone. Just spent over an hour on hold, listening to their recorded announcement. I guess you have to write them a letter and hope it doesn't lay in someone's inbox for a couple of weeks.
