I have been going here for years, and though I have dealt with Dr. Glass a few times that have been positive, most of my dealing are with Krystal. Caring, insightful and compassionate are my first descriptors for her. Although she's seeing other patients, when she's dealing with me, I feel like I have her undivided attention and I'm not an afterthought or a check. Absolutely recommend her. Staff there are always pleasant and I appreciate their efforts too!

My experience with this practice was great when I was a patient, extended hours and always easy to get an appointment. The billing department manager makes it extremely difficult on patients anytime you ask for them to clarify items that were billed and getting in touch with her is impossible because she works about 3 hours a day. Upon moving out of the area and requesting my medical records be sent to my new doctor office I first received a bill in the mail for $15.00 (and no records) When I called the office, I asked for clarification and I got the sob story of oh we are a small business and we have to use our own paper and ink to print these sheets of paper out. I am sorry but that is terrible customer service to charge patients for their own medical records especially when the practice has no advanced technology such as the capability of PDF or fax machine (which coincidentally can be done through the computer nowadays)
