Amanda which she is supposed to be the “property manager” is always so rude and has a attitude. She should be happy that she gets housing there for free. But that’s not enough she still treats people like they are below her. They left the gate open for days and one of those days someone was in the Parking that I myself pay for every month, at this point I was upset because it wasn’t the first time someone parked in my spot so I go to report it and this was almost close to 5:30pm on a Friday and she goes well we’re almost closing take a picture of the car and I’ll see what I can do till Monday. So I was forced to park somewhere else.. and to top it off the stole my car that same night. Monday comes and I call her to get security footage to provide to the police and she goes oh well we don’t have cameras and I start to tell her they stole my car because I was parked somewhere else. To which her response was 1 ZERO empathy and 2nd says well they would have stoled your car regardless of where you were parked. Now I am trying to move out and get a house for rent and she has provided false statements saying I am late on my rent payments to which of course they denied me and I call to have her send me statements of all my payments to which again rude self responds well you should have those on your email.. like no dumb B there’s a reason I am asking you for them!! I just called to get a phone number for her boss and she refused to give it to me when I asked for it multiple times.. at this point her whole tone changed and was acting all polite. I do not recommend please trust me find something better.

My husband and I moved into these apartments in August of 2018 and we absolutely loved living here! I felt completely safe walking around the complex and the staff in the front office were always so nice! Thank you Amanda and Elizabeth for all your help! Parking is sometimes really crowded but it’s what comes with living in an apartment complex - you’ll have to walk a little farther oh well. Requesting maintenance was really easy and they always make sure to do things in a timely manner. We always received compliments about our apartment from friends. Thank you for the warm welcome into El Paso! I always recommend these apartments to anyone who’s looking!

The management and the stuff are so disrespectful, they are not respecting tenant at all. If you have any issue and try to call the office you will face with their rudeness and there is a female by the name of Amanda she has been always disrespectful and rude all the time. Anytime we had any issue and try to contact them to solve the issue in this neighborhood, they don’t care, they just want to put tow sticker note on your vehicle even if you pay for your parking spot. They don’t let you park your bike. And they even don’t try to make a parking spots for bikes. Management is soooooooo weak, I don’t recommend it at all. After my contract is over I’m done with this place.

Excellent Staff, Good Quality Apartments Moved into the Villas at Zaragoza apartments 4 years ago, just recently moved out. This was purely by our choice to move on with ours lives not due to the apartment. Pros - Excellent staff who went above and beyond to handle our issues and problems. They excelled greatly and in appropriate time. Joy at the front desk tells everything honest and is always friendly. Amanda is always there laughing and smiling, talking to our neighbors and listening to our concerns. Elizabeth moved us in 4 years ago and has been there to help us out every step of the way with issues that we have had from normal apartment living. - Appropriate pricing for quality of living at these apartments. Got high level accommodations for avg cost when compared to Denver. - Available car ports and garages when needed - Excellent Gym, pool, and club house environment - seasonal events to bring that neighborhood feeling during the years, - Quality dog park (if we had a dog we would use it every chance we can get) - Interesting food options near by with the location. There are some good restaurants in the area. -Good Sense of security for the area with the automatic gate. Cons - People and neighbors. Nothing against the apartment complex cause it is out of their control. - Some facilities need updating like parking and the gate system. (They have told me they are working on this) - Off of zaragoza, its both a blessing a curse cause it takes forever to leave and enter the facility without dying. - Trash service is weird and awkward. It is getting better though. 10/10 points, 5/5 stars, 4/7 perfect score. Would definitely recommend friends and family to live here. Experience: - Moved in 2015 with other management - Stayed in same apartment for 4 years no major problems - Family runs apartments in Denver, CO. - lived in apartments for 10 years.
