Management didn’t offer to make my coffee again, I had to go back to the store because my coffee tasted sour and there was a lot of coffee grounds in my coffee. Manager response to my coffee looking like that was that that’s how they make it. Had to get my money back. Also the lady that was in there working with glasses she had an attitude to when I told her about my drink. They where so careless and not helpful at all. The worst customer service. Please hire and train your people to handle situations not in the way that they did with me.

7/18 around 10:50 PM - door dashing the female at the drive thru window was rude both times we had to go through the drive through, before we even had a chance to speak. “Tell the customer to cancel the order, we don’t have donuts.” So I msg the customer in a friendly fashion, letting her know that your store, is out of donuts. That they request she “cancel” her order. The customer replies she is unable to cancel without getting her money back. So we go back through the drive through to ask them to cancel, and the girl in the window goes off rapidly speaking, not letting me let her know what’s happening. She was very rude and unprofessional, as though she had been inconvenienced by even having to speak with us. Meanwhile, one employee is outside talking to someone he brought food/drinks to, and another one is sitting in the lobby eating. So you can’t be cranky because you’re “busy”. It’s not anyones fault people order food at your 24 hour facility, I am sorry doing your job makes you mad. But learn some customer service skills, because you never know who you’re making a poor impression on. Don’t worry though, we took care of your customer professionally, and politely - when letting them know you didn’t have the product you offer via door dash app. So, they are taken care of. No thanks to you. Would not recommend this place.

Horrible service, waited 40 minutes for 1 donut (order placed only). Red hair girl is always on a bad mood. They need a good manager who trained right. Tables are always messy.

Today I went through the drive-through after a I mistakenly thought the lobby was open at 6 am. I could hear the young lady at the drive through, "oh my gosh, there is this lady". Granted, I probably scared the girl because I walked up and asked if only the drive-through was open. So I jumped in my car, went through the drive-through and specifically indicated that I wanted 4 dozen donuts assorted except old-fashioned and napkins. I repeated myself 2 times. And as I imagined, they were about to give me 3 dozen donuts with assorted donuts among them. So I had to ask again to please not include the old-fashioned ones. And I also had to remind them about the napkins because they forgot. I never have this problem in the lobby. The 4 dozen donuts were for work. I don't recommend the drive-through. They need to work on customer service and communication.
