My orders aren’t very complicated but they are still incorrect about half of the time, the other half of the time they’re great. It seems like they have a fast employee turnover rate here - maybe consider paying your employees more to have a higher retention rate. Mobile ordering never works for the Dyer location. Employees are friendly.

Just ordered an avocado toast after a long night shift and NO BACON?! UGH. They didn't ask me if I wanted bacon. Are u supposed to ask for it? $3 for a piece of toast and I wanted it because it had bacon in the photo. Dang! The employees need to ask if u want it, if it actually comes with or without the bacon!! Seriously 😳 Not a good experience. I bought $15 bucks worth of donuts too

116696 Jamie At 1101 am 2/08/22 Jamie helped me pick flavors and donuts since this was my first time there. Then they had little inspiration note in the front. I think those should be all year round if they aren’t already.

Great customer service. Coffee is hot and flavorful. I tried the Multigrain bagel with cream cheese for the first time. I recommend it toasted. Very pleased with my visit. 11:39am on a Thursday not busy at all. Thank you!
