It took me ten minutes to order and get a coffee. One person was doing all the orders while others were casually mopping or doing other things as though there wasn’t a line out the door.

i never go to this one but the past few times i’ve gone they have been so rude to me and my mom. and they mess up very simple orders. we needed to go back because they messed up our order and one of the girls had an attitude when taking back the drink and they used the exact same cup and dumped out the other drink they messed up and didn’t bother cleaning it before giving it to us so it was dripping the whole car ride. It’s a lot of young people that work there and they have very poor customer service.

RESTROOM: 5/5 CLEANLINESS: 4/5 FOOD: 1/5 I ordered a large frozen mocha. I was awful. It was too sweet and it didn't taste like a mocha at all. It tasted like expired swirl mix that should have been thrown away. I won't be going for anything

Although I am.not an employee at DD, while working at a non-profit organization I was able to do this myself, and also have known of others too. Just get to your closest store and ask for the manager. In case they are not able/interested go to another store since they are owned by different people. If this is something related to your school you have quite an advantage since it is a well known institution in this region.
I think they had to hire an entire new staff, nobody is familiar and the new ones sure don't know what they're doing around ANY kind of coffee. Too bad because this used to be my favourite location 🤷🏻♀️
