I am chronically homeless, and financially unstable and yet I am treated like family here. The church services are great, tons of groups to join to feel more connected. It doubles as a community center as well with showers and locker rooms, indoor basketball and soccer courts and an indoor playplace for kids. If you want a church that is actively serving the community and actively looking for ways to grow in that area look no further. Join us and find your place with us. Peace • Love • Community #CX5HOBO

We visited this church while we were on vacation a few weeks ago. Really enjoyed the whole experience. Everyone was very welcome and we had a very nice time :)

Easy place to find. Very large parking lot. The place is huge and beautiful. Child care. Open inside basketball court. Large indoor soccer field and more. The service was awesome. The music was amazing. The sermon touched your heart. Plenty of room for 500 or more people. You feel at home. The staff was friendly and helpful. A+ 👍🏼👍🏼🙏🏼 felt great leaving.

I've been to a Sunday sermon, witnessed a baptism, and my kids have even been a part of Sunday school here! I don't currently still attend sermons weekly, but I'm still an active participant of MANY different activities and organizations that are a part of or connected with The Point in some way: including but not limited to-Just Love, Survivor Speak USA, and the new and upcoming boutique! They are all around amazing people with HUGE hearts! 💖

They didn't seem openly opposed, but if you check out their website, it's quite clear that they believe marriage is between a man and a woman, and that each should follow God's divine plan for their roles within a marriage... Aka, This feminist shall not be going back.
Services are currently held on Sundays only at 9 and 11. If you can't make it, you can view the service online anytime by visiting https://www.eastpoint.church/sermons
I know for sure the youth group and leaders have those opportunities. I think Guatemala and Haiti have been locations in the past. There may be more opportunities too, besides just with the youth.
