In person early voting is so easy and convenient. The staff at City Hall are friendly and efficient.

The parking in the back is often sufficient. An elevator is available for the short trip up to the second floor where you can register your vehicle. There are usually three skilled women working who keep the line moving. There is also a television playing to help the time pass.

The finance department is definitely not very thrilled about their job. Better customer service should be in order.

Everywhere I go I see name tags for the person I’m speaking to, but City Hall of South Portland doesn’t have name tags for their employees. I would like this to change, especially since I never have a friendly visit with the staff in registration. I’m at motor vehicles now and they have name tags.
