Was in there today. What a madhouse! Place was filthy and the service line was disgusting. The line was so long that I ordered online. That was great because I got my food about 10 minutes earlier than the line. The line was 15-18 minutes to order. We got our food. No chips….. fryer is down. No steak…. Not enough people to cook. Employees acted like they were doing us a favor. Can’t wait to get back to TX where they treat you with respect.

Unfriendly staff. Don’t know how to properly wrap a burrito. No ice in soda machines. Dining area full of trash. Trash cans filled to the top. All of the tables very dirty. Very very disappointed.

My family and I stopped here on a Sunday afternoon to grab a quick bite to eat but the doors were locked. There was one staff member inside cleaning, according to the hours posted on the door, they should have been open. They must be understaffed and unable to keep the doors open right now. Might be time for chipotle to offer more enticing compensation to attract employees.

We ordered online and we're told that our food would be done at 12:10, we went inside and there was a line of people ordering food. A lady walked in behind us and joined that line. She managed to get through that whole entire line and leave with her food before we ever got ours at almost 12:40. We ordered our food around 11:45. The food was subpar and to boot the orders were not even correct ingredients were missing. I could have made the same thing at home quicker and had it taste better for less than what I paid for my burrito. This is the first and last time I will ever go there. Also the bathroom was the disgusting mess that looked like it hadn't been cleaned and probably a week or two. One of those you don't even want to touch the sink to wash your hands...
