So impressed with the service received today! Took in my grandpa's locked iPhone and they took the time to try everything to get the phone unlocked. So impressed with the sales person's patience and willingness to explain the steps to an elderly man to make sure this doesn't happen again. I wish I had his name because he deserves so much praise for his kindness today. Would 10 out of 10 recommend going here for help and service. So happy with the level of detail and care they pay to their customers. Thank you again!

I’ve come here several times, and they’re always awesome - super nice - don’t over charge. I’ve fixed an iPad screen here before, and had my charging port cleaned out about three times (which they do at no cost - I tried having it cleaned at an Apple store and they charged me for it - lame). I’ve always interacted with Corbin every time I’ve come in - dude is very cool - he should get employee of the month if he hasn’t already :)

I went in to ask about my water damaged phone, which was quite an old phone. I ended up buying a new used phone. The gal there was VERY eager to please and gave a discount on the case and helped me to get my old phone working again so that I could transfer all the data onto my new phone. They helped me get it transferred, free of charge. This business is GREAT! They were VERY helpful to me and saved me a lot of money in the long run as well. I got a good phone at a good price and I am very happy with the phone and the service I got from Bad Apple.

Incredible service. I had my iPhone 11 fixed by some BYU student and other the screen was fixed, the cameras were both not working. I brought it in and they said they didn’t have the part and could order it for me, but one of the workers said that they had an extra phone That we could maybe try out. It did not take long, and it worked! They did not charge me full price because they technically had an extra part available. I would definitely recommend going here for your phone fixing needs

Hi Francesca, so we can help with that in one way. When its completely locked out we can do a full factory restore and that fixed the issue. Though it does mean you'll lose everything on the phone that hasnt been backed up recently.
Good cause mine is broken too
I don't think it's very expensive. I paid only $60 to replace the back of my phone for an S8. If you call them and ask, they will tell you the exact price. I think it's definitely cheaper than using the insurance if you have it or going to Batteries Plus. Hope that helped a little.
