Stagecoach reminds me of the most affordable home I ever had, and I appreciate being able to sub-lease a spot for just $30 cash. I wasn't there very long, but it gave me a nice quiet night of sleep.

Overall; the site was clean and the restrooms were nice. There are many permanents and the pool was drained for repair. There is a nice view of the mountain in the distance and we liked the setting to the edge of the city.

My parents have been visiting Stagecoach on and off for 6 years. At the beginning they were happy with price and amenities. Today is not the same story. Office communications are lousy. Going as far as being lied to about said amenities. Water goes out. Office doesn't communicate loss of water. Residents find out the hard way. Cable goes out, zero communication. Bottom line. STAGECOACH does not care about their Residents At All. Safe your money and frustrations. Find ANOTHER RV park.

We chose this place for a long term stay due to the advertised amenities. The hot tub is closed, the pool is closed and green, the game room is practically falling apart, the gym is missing parts for the equipment and basically useless. Literally everything is outdated. The whole park is covered in rock or gravel, there's a couple patches of sand for dogs to use. THE WIFI DOES NOT WORK. The only thing we liked here was the laundry facility. The office/community center was made completely unwelcoming by rude staff and our mail was locked in so we couldn't get to it if we worked normal hours. The rules here are asinine and I definitely wouldn't recommend staying here with dogs. I'd rather boondock than come back here and deal with the rude management.
