You definitely want to have your coupon ready to knock their inflated prices back down (every craft store does this, just gotta play their game). But I'm only giving 3 stars because it is very hard to find what you want here. The staff seem nice but stretched SUPER thin, so new things aren't put away. They might be in a massive stack of new stock, so the website says they have it, but not in a place you can get it. If you are here and can't find what you need, there is another one in Chelmsford that must have been granted a higher budget for employees. You can find things AND people who can help you.

Custom framer used a screwdriver to remove tape from my piece saying, "ideally I'll do as little damage as possible" while simultaneously touching the piece with their bare hands. I have had good experiences framing at other Michael's locations in the past but will not be back to this one.

I always find great crafts for the kids to do as gifts for holidays. I especially love the cheap ($3ish) seasonal crafts usually stick on or mess free. I grab a few to throw in a drawer and have for a nice rainy day activity.

They have a lot of different craft supplies and there are so many options for crafts. The staff is very nice and helpful. The prices tend to be quite high however. The line was very long and the cashier's were very slow. But the supplies was good.
