Not what it used to be. And that may be pandemic related, but the selection and options just weren't there on either of my last visits - and those were weeks apart. It may be the best option is their on line store, but for those of you who actually need to touch and see the merchandise, that may not work as well. Given time, the Rack may return to its former glory, but for now, be prepared to be unimpressed.

Atrocious service. Package was lost and no attempt to rectify the situation in any meaningful or heartfelt way. Experienced manager who helped us looked very unprofessional; long fake acrylic nails aren't a savvy look. Male employee at the front of the store kept removing his mask in front of customers. The experience was: disappointing, grody, and I will not be back!
