When I started the home buying process in the fall of 2020 Boggs came highly recommended by many people in the area. We found a home that met our needs and wants. Things seemed to be going well until I told Jill that I was going to finance the project through the financial institution that I work for. At that point Jill stopped returning calls, providing canned apologies and excuses for not being able to answer the phone. I finally gave up on the process with Boggs and went to Showcase Homes where I have been treated like a valued client.

A year ago last March we lost our home due to a fire. Red cross put my bf and I up in a motel for a couple weeks. Red cross was very sweet... anyway back to Boggs Homes. Excellent people to rent from!!! Rental prices are extremely reasonable and the staff is wonderful! Everyone is very kind. We are usually on time every month with our rent payment. But this month has been a tough one and we are a little late. I called them before hand and asked them if it was ok that we were going to be a little late on our rent. They were awesome about it. Very family orienTated people. I am considering having a modular home and land package deal from Boggs Homes real soon. Thank you so much Boggs Homes for being extremely reasonable and understanding. 10 star's in my opinion. Love these guys!! Also we have made this trailer our home and planted flowers and shrubs, rose bushes. Check out the pictures!! Also I need to add, that all the flowers and rose bushes are from our home that burned in Cushing Me. We dug alot of things up, to make this rental property very pretty and neat. Props to Karen!!! Just adore her! Very lovely person to talk to and has a wonderful personality. ❤🌞🏠
