DYLAN is a 5 star representative for T Mobile. I took my 85 year old father in since his phone was confusing him and Dylan took the time to listen to his questions and explain how to simply text, email and use phone. It was worth the trip to ease frustration. Another customer commented how good Dylan was with my Dad as well, she has a mother who gets frustrated with her phone and wanted to compliment Dylan too. I felt bad since Dylan works on commission and he didn't make a dime off of us, hoping if you are in the market for a new phone you will go in and ask for Dylan, he will earn the commission.
