This Dunkin’ has disappointed me time and time again.. every time I come here it’s either an attitude by an employee, the feeling of being very rushed, and they always get my order wrong. I asked for a medium cold brew with the sweet cold foam and this was absolutely disgusting.. completely watered down and not what I asked for.. I will NOT be returning to this location anymore as they can’t seem to do their jobs correctly.. if you hate your job find a new one it’s not that hard.. I also will be taking this up with corporate.

Consistently long waits and incorrect orders. Avoid! After avoiding for 8 months gave another chance. Still awful and poorly managed. Worst DnD I've every been to. Out of core items like bagels. Left before they had an opportunity to incorrectly fulfill a compromise alternative order. Will continue to abstain from this abomination of a franchise and suggest others do as well. You'll be glad you did.

2/3 of my online order choices were not available. Would be nice if that info could have been known up front. Size of doughnuts are smaller than they used to be. When ordering the app did not take my gift card for payment...even though the card value had just been verified. Staff was not helpful at all...not professional.

This is the absolute worst Dunkin’ Donuts and the manager has a bad attitude and is no help. No one tends to curbside orders and they will always mess up your order. Look at this burnt bagel.
