Overpriced, food was ok, not good. Worst part here was the customer service. I got my grilled sandwich and saw that the cheese wasn‘t even melted. So I asked to get it reheated at least until the cheese melts. But they refused to to so, because they are not allowed to take stuff back that already went over the counter. How was I supposed to see that my sandwich wasn‘t done without first taking it??? Just poor customer service. But at a place like this customers come and go and they did not seem to care about my money that I spent here. By the way, 35 bucks for 2 sandwiches, 2 donuts and 2 coffeses sounds a little much for me. But these are the times we live in unfortunately.

Just ordered a large hot black coffee. By the time I could sip it I wAs 7 or 10 minutes walking back to my hotel off 8th street I was very disgusted and upset. The coffee was BURNT AND VERY OLD! The number on your website isn’t a working number. A $5 coffee that is burnt and old is very disappointing. I can’t even get in touch with y’all. Plus I was given now receipt! Updated 4-30-22 BY FAR THE WORST BLACK COFFEE Today!

Funny story is this was my first time having Dunkin' donuts so I made sure I took time to give this a review. Got an Iced pumpkin coffee and a few donuts, everything was good the lady at the cash register even gave me some free donuts because she said they were a big on the hard side so she didnt want to charge me. The donuts were fine to me. This might just be my new coffee spot every time I'm in Vegas.

Dunkin’ Donuts is a forever fav of mine! Their bagels are more of a “takes me back in time” than anything else. Although, the taste was pretty much the same (which was good) - this review is more about the service. The service was excellent and the staff was very sweet!
