It took an unreasonable amount of time for someone to take my order even after ringing the bell. There was a lot of staff behind the counter and a lot of chatting. The server dropped the beverage and had to remake it. It tasted more like just sugar water and nothing like the refreshing advertised flavors.

terrible, went around 7:30. got my food in drive thru at 8:10. the hash browns were cold and soggy. the tortilla on the breakfast burrito was rock hard. the bagel was burnt and they forgot my cream cheese. my latte was the only thing made right. never returning

Keri helped me out today and was the nicest over the phone and in person of the half dozen locations I called to try and find ground decaf. Please note the money I spent was for 6 lbs. of ground coffee at a phenomenal price! The store was quiet and clean, and she was so friendly and helpful. I will be back when in the area for sure! Thanks again Keri!
