If I can rate no star I would. This is by far the worst practice I have EVER been to. I have never felt so much like a burden or disruptive before. I had my appointment at 3 and like a good New Patient I decided to go almost an hour early just so I can fill out new patient paperwork. There was NO paperwork, I gave my information, went straight to the nurse, she took my vitals, asked my history and when she asked about past procedures that I had I was verifying what year and her answer was “Forget it; if I don’t keep going the system kicks me out”. WHAT???? Allergies are only medication allergies and nothing else and when I saw the doctor he asked some questions and I answered but felt anxious the whole time. I left there SUPER upset and now in bed because I shut out everyone again. Walls are up and now mental health is in question. Never knew that was possible by going to a primary. DON’T recommend. Oh and their hours are 8/8:30a-4p not like that the door of the office or Google says 7:30a-6p. I read the reviews and liked the hours and that’s why I made the appt but I’m not going there ever again.

I know this doctor for about 15 years, I went back because the attention I received from him was very good as well the customer service, but nothing is the same, He does not attend any more, and the assistance at the front desk is awful, no respect at all and they are very noisy, do not even call to ask for results because they do not like to give information.

I just wanted to thank all the doctors and staff at the office for being so punctual, accommodating, friendly, and truly concerned about my care and well being. I have been a patient here for over 15 years and have never had to wait for more than 10-20 minutes before being called in. I love that as I am a working person. I also love that I can get all my blood work done at this office. Thank you!
