Long wait time. Customer service was horrible, rude and impatient employees. Asked specifically for certain sauce which they forgot, door was locked so couldn’t go inside to get it. Knocked for 5 minutes on the front door and then had to wait in the drive through line again, tried calling and rings until a busy signal starts, nobody answers the phone. Called multiple times. Wonderful experience.

It's good. Been going here for about 10 years and the food is inconsistent as far as being hot and fresh but it's better than most other locations. If you live near southern Highlands the other locations like to close around 9 or 10pm and this one actually is open after driving for 45 minutes to find some food for my wife. Thanks.

Horrible experience! They can't hear you on the speaker, then they're like, is your order correct on the screen but the screen has the price of your order do she says just pull forward. Then my order is wrong because she couldn't hear me. It food was cold. Cold like they pre made everything at 4 this morning. The burger was the wrong burger with cheese not melted. The customer service is rushed. It was AWFUL.

Don't bother coming here early in the morning between 3:30 - 4:00 am. They always do something with computer so they can't take order. Instead of putting up a cone or sign saying computer will be down for half hour. And even if you lucky enough to be able to order. The food is cold and taste like its been sitting there for hours. Not worth what they are charging.
