Left off 2 double burgers and didn't catch till we got home. I even asked if the bags she handed me was my full order. So frustrating.

I was in the drive thru line for ten minutes only to be told that the soft drink machine was not working. When I asked why there was no sign posted to warn customers of this so we wouldn't waste our time just to be disappointed, the the employee taking the orders he would not acknowledge me. I went to the next window and was told by a supervisor that the owner, Paul would not allow them to post a sign because he did not like signs. What exemplary customer service!! NOT!!

Horrible Service. Cold Food. Missing Items on receipt - wrong items all together. No napkins or ketchup I asked for. No receipt. 2nd Worst McDonalds in LV. 1st is on Paradise near Convention Center its straight Thug Life there. Night Manager mad dogs and crazy eyeballs you if u complain about i iota. Cold food missing items wrong items long drive thru lanes. Always out of items. MC.Donald's close these locations down. Fire entire staff. Start Over

Hey! It’s McDonald’s right? At McDonald’s you already know what to expect. They maintain consistency across the board. The variables are cleanliness of the restaurant, and friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Freshness of the food as well. In this case, I went through the drive-through. This location has a double drive-through. It’s kind of annoying that the other lane was cutting us out of our place in line, but c’est la vie. The food came out fresh and hot. The drive-through girls were very patient and helpful. They actually can pull off a pretty decent coffee these days as well. As far as McDonald’s goes, this is as good as it gets!

You would probably have to call the McDonald's you are going to and ask. All private properties can mandate their own rules when entering their store even though the masks are no longer mandated.
Who said anything about under the influence. And with a thousand orders a day they should be highly experienced with all that practice. It's not a physical job, it's a job like most that deserve the best performance they can give. They don't, or can't read and don't pay attention to what the order screen they are looking at says. No excuse for incompetint employees. I'm guessing you work for McDonald's since your making excuses for them and did not read the question. Like a friend said, that's why they can only work at McDonald's. My mistake for asking the question when there's an obvious answer.
