I would give them a zero if that was possible. What's the purpose of getting drinks and you can't get a refill even though you have a receipt. Also they just throw your food at you. Very poor customer service.

The worst drive through ever!! I’ve never waited longer at any other drive through at any restaurant in my life. This isn’t just a one time thing. Every time I’ve gone through, thinking they’ve gotten better, it’s always the same. Literally a 15-20 minute wait with only two cars ahead of me. Horrible service.

UK visitors don't go here, you'll regret it! You'll be waiting over 30mins for your order. They won't serve you at the tills and if you opt to pay at collection they cancel your order without telling you. This place is under-staffed, the soft drinks are overloaded with ice so it's only 2 thirds beverage, they are also pre-served and left to stand so your drink could be waiting on the pass as long as you are to join your order. Food was hot and edible but by UK standards pretty poorly put together. Nowhere in the restaurant was being cleaned and by the time we left at 9pm every single bin inside was overflowing and people were stacking their rubbish on top. I returned a Sprite because it had no flavouring in it. Took 10 minutes to achieve this and switch it for a coffee. The guy "serving" said I could take it with me and throw it away (ironically he was stood beside a bin)!!! I'm gonna guess that this is a franchise and whoever owns it should be ashamed of themselves because you are running your staff into the ground and they have no opportunity to provide any kind of decent customer service let alone maintain acceptable infection control standards front of house. GRIM.

The days of fast food are gone. 15-20 min waits. McDonald's needs to go get trained at chick fil a and in & out burger because they are missing the mark with customer service
