Customer Service is the worst, they could care less if you went somewhere else. Requested service appointments and call backs time and time again over the last year. If the old man who owns the place is not there or on vacation they tell you to call back in a week, Nobody there wants to take responsibility. I find it had to believe that Ferris authorized this CIRCUS to handle their equipment. To Answer Barry's Question: Equipment was purchased from them also. What an insult.
