It was our first time traveling to the Oregon coast and my husband surprised me by booking our room at The Ocean Lodge. Let me start by saying we will be staying here every time we return! The location, the hotel, the staff were all amazing!! We had the best time walking the beach every morning, and having coffee on our gorgeous patio. The staff were so helpful and kind, and the rooms were immaculate. We really enjoyed the night caps and the Sleepy Monk coffee. There were baby bunnies all around the grass areas (they were super cute) and we fell asleep to the ocean waves from our room. It was incredible and we cannot wait to stay again! Continental breakfast was delicious and parking was plenty even with the summer crowds over the weekend. We had dinner next door at The Stephanie Inn and it was amazing! This place was breaktaking and I can't say enough about the hotel and service. Can't forget to mention the cookies and free snacks! Thank you Ocean Lodge for an unforgettable experience! I was sad to leave! π

Lovely, dog-friendly hotel right on the beach! This place loves dogs as well as people:-)- listing their names on the greeting board and providing cookies for Humans and dogs alike! What we LIKE: warm cookies at check-in, kitchenettes in the room, extra blankets to clean the dogs off after the beach/outside, the staff, chairs and blanket and wood available for beach fires at night, location: the beach in front of the lodge is usually quite empty, low tide at Haystack rock, and the free Tesla chargers we use at the Stephanie. What we Do Not Like: single-ply toilet paper that is hard to un-roll, oddly placed light switches (unmarked) that make it hard to get the light you want when enter the room, unlighted spots in the room that make it difficult to find things in a suitcase, muddy areas in lawn just in front of pet rooms, so dirty paw prints mean one must always clean paws asap and wild bunnies that my dog is obsessed with right outside our patio :-)!

A gorgeous setting for sunsets, strolls along the beach and meeting a sensational staff. What a memorable stay we had recently on the Oregon Coast. We highly recommend staying at the Ocean Lodge. My wife, son and puppy, Charli, thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at the Ocean Lodge to celebrate an anniversary, take in the leisurely walks on the beach and bask in the glorious sunny and warm February (?) weather. The visit exceeded our expectations due to the amazing staff. The Lodge front staff β Juanita, Angel, Daniel, Toni and everyone else was very friendly, welcoming, professional and knowledgeable about the area. Patrick, also, was very personable and helpful one night driving us to pick up dinner in the hotel's classic blue car. And they made our puppy feel like "one of the family" having her name on the chalkboard when we entered the property, to the treats and surprises in the room, to everyone welcoming her back when we strolled through the lobby. We really were bummed we had to leave at the end of our stay, but truly do look forward to returning again soon. Wow! π

This is my favorite place to stay on the Oregon coast. I love the view and really enjoy the town's ambience. It's got more of a grown up vibe, not so many kids. Hey, kids are great, but sometimes it's nice to get away from them while on vacation. Do bring waterproof boots for walking the beach as there are many streams to cross.

The premier king studio has an air jetted tub a 180 degree view and is hard to get. The other one does not have a tub and does not have that wide of a view and in my opinion depending on your needs either the south or north side are great.
Yes!!!! Lovely lovely eye level with the ocean!!!! I miss it sooooo much!! The best most rejuvenating place!!!! Big perfectly manicured stretch of grass right off the balconies.. and the lodge main entrance is so cozy with an eternal fire buzzing and fresh cookies of the day!
Agree with Chris, there are a few large lots around. Was a travel trailer and truck parked in one beside the lodge when I was there. They were staying at the lodge. It was about 20 foot
Call them...they are awesome
