The workers were nice but inefficient. That’s a sign of poor management. Waited over 40 minutes for an order placed on their app just to be told out they were out of dark meat. Asked to pull around and my order would be brought to my car in 6 minutes. 15 minutes later, I went it to find my order was sitting there getting cold. The lobby was empty. It wasn’t even busy. Replace the management at this location.

Literally the worst Popeyes in existence. The staff is rude. The manager is useless, literally walked outside and refused to help his staff. They had the newest employee on the register, I actually felt sorry for her. Food took over 45 mins to get to us and it wasn't a dinner rush or anything. They do not care. At all. No customer service really. They do not care

I placed my order on the app at 7:53pm. I called ahead at 7:55pm to make sure my order was received because the last two times I’ve gone to pickup, they claim they didn’t receive it. Nobody answered the phone. When I arrived at 8:07pm, surprise, my order wasn’t in the system. Another gentleman came in after I gave my online order info to the cashier. He received his food BEFORE me. I did not get food till 8:41pm. They gave me an apple pie for the inconvenience. $1.19 for that apple pie for 48 minutes to make 2 chicken sandwiches, 2 fries & some mac’n’cheese. Lol!

I love this place but they gave me fried shrimp but there’s no shrimp inside. So they gave me bartered deep fried. Like whyyyyyyy’uhhhh. I’m going to Dave’s hot chicken.
