Good place to stay for a visite to SFO. Or to end when you want to return your El Monte RV its located 12mins from El Monte Dublin. Good showers and clean.

The park was easy to find. It is located in the Pleasanton Alameda Count Fair Grounds. . There is pavement all the way including in the park. Signage is adequate. Check in was efficient and friendly. The rules are fairly basic. Our site, 187, was a back in that was just barely long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services (30 amp only) was a long way back to the right side. I am glad that I had an extension cable!. The water and sewer were to the left rear. Distancing is very, very close. Typical for an urban park. There is no barrier between sites. There are no tables or fire pits. Our site was flat and even gravel/dirt pad. There is no included wifi. We did find a number OTA TV. Satellite should not be difficult. We did not use the washrooms or pay showers but they were open. There is a large green space that is used for dogs just outside of the RV Park gate. Users appear to be very good at cleaning up after their pets and there are poop bags and a garbage near by. There is a very small store on site that I suspect is stocked during the warmer months. It’s shelves were bare during our stay. It appears there may be propane sales on site. Within a short drive you can find good food, shopping and any other amenity you may need.. We found this park to be a well run urban RV park that delivers just the bare basics.. We paid $42.00 a night and we feel we received poor value. This is more like a $30 - $35.park. It is just too basic to be worth more. We would look at other alternatives if in the area again. Be advised, this is a very busy park It was pretty much full during our two day stay during off season.

I'm not sure why people are complaining about staying in a parking lot here. It's pretty obvious that it is a fairground parking lot before you arrive, and completely obvious once you are here. I've seen worse fairground parking lots. If you don't want to stay in a parking lot, then don't stay here. This parking lot is in a nice neighborhood with hot showers and laundry. The staff has been very friendly to us. The parking areas here are a bit wider than a normal lot, so there is room for a slide-out and room to walk alongside your rig. There are some trees and a bit of grass here and there.

We've had the best expirience with the FairPark RV ever!:) There were no any problems during our more than half-year-long (with the breaks) stay: from the easiest booking & checking in processes (if they have a space) till the checking out. We live in Fairfield, but my partner got 12 hours workshift in San Jose, that could turn to everyday torture with the commute and total absence of time for anything else even for sleeping (it's around 100 miles by overcrowded hwy 680). I've also had a lot to do in East Bay. Fortunately, his Mom alowed us to use her RV and then, discovering of this place in Pleasanton was a gift from God! We are deeply appreciate all the convinience, comfort and hospitality that were provided by friendly and accommodative hosteses and managers! Thank you very much and hope to stay with you in future!;)

Questions & Answers

Do you have to move spots every 3 weeks here? Also is this the same as the Alameda fairgrounds rv park?

Yes and yes.

How much is the cost for month to month

As I understand, it is $40 for a back in and $65 for a pull through per day. You have to move every 21 days. I don't think they have a monthly rate.
