Service was slow & tables were dirty. The inside and the drive thru moved at a super slow pace but at least the order was what I ordered.

I really don't like having to write a bad review on anyone but my experience at this Church's Chicken was not good. First off they were so busy that it was chaotic inside this restaurant. And the reason for my visit there was to get their Smokehouse Chicken, which I ordered 3 combo meals of their Smokehouse chicken. Well when I got home to eat it , my family and I found all 3 orders of that chicken to be so very dry that it was almost like beef jerky. Then not only that, I ordered a large Mac and Cheese which I didn't receive. So basically I spent $33 bucks for a whole lot of bad food. I hope they can get their restaurant back up to a reliable business soon.

Food was great but service has declined slot there. They have a bunch of kids working there that don't assume any responsibility about good customer service and prompt customer service. It's the longest wait for a meal and in reality the line wasn't that long. They just take for ever and not to friendly.
