Dinning area was filthy. Had plenty of help in the area of the store. Did not receive what I really order. Order chicken pot bowl received chicken in a bowl with mash potatoes, corn and chucks of chicken. Ate it any way since I was hungry. Before I finished my posting the started cleaning. I guess I came at the wrong time.

I don’t normally give bad reviews unless it’s just unsatisfying. We paid close to $18 for two combos. For that price it should be delicious and satisfying. The original recipe lost its originality because it tastes like chicken a random person cook on a stovetop in just flour. The drinks were flat, no fizz, nothing but flat tasting liquid. I am very disappointed and never again purchased from this location. Waste of money.

This KFC is always out of different menu items. They never have green beans, but they’re on the menu, chicken pot pie’s on the menu, none is never ready not even in the oven baking! When you order family meals, the sides “if they have them”, is always half full!! 8, 12, 16 peace meal sides only feeds two people because the employees that’s dipping them up, don’t put enough food in them. They act like it’s coming out of their pockets. If KFC is going out of business or they can’t accommodate their customers, Then they should close down. The district manager or corporate office needs to know what’s going on at this KFC on west Lake mead next to Walmart Neighborhood Store. Sincerely, Larry N Green-McCorvey

Was impressed, well kept up, need a code for the restrooms, found the women's to be cleaned. Had the chicken pot pie, usually find it to be little too salty, but, today was perfect, people behind counter were friendly and polite
