HORRIBLE service. Had to tell the girl three times what my drink was and she had to remake it each time. Also ordered a kids meal and she just gave me a 10 piece nugget in a kids bag. The whole time she was glaring and rolling her eyes. I hate going to this Popeyes and I absolutely know better but I was dumb enough to go here today. Never again .

Food was ok, but they forgot my wife's chicken sandwich. I checked the bag in the car and saw her side and drink, I assumed her sandwich was in there. Just make sure you check youbag when you eat there.

Drive thru is always full and slow. The employees are mostly rude with no customer service and they never have any of the sides

The last time we came it was great! This time.... the customer service from the guy taking the orders was just unbelievably rude. We had already made an order through the mobile app and just wanted to add 6 jalapeños to the order since they aren't available on the app. He yells so you want 2 jalapeños, and my girlfriend says no I would like to get 6 please, but before she could get please out her mouth he says is that it twice then iight pull up. I mean come on, I've worked in fast food over 7 years this is not how you are supposed to take an order. Once we pull up he takes the next order and yes we can still hear him... I don't think he realized his headset was still on and he says "I don't care, I've been giving everybody coke" . Get to the window they confirm the online order but still fail on the jalapeños. We were given 3 but trust I did not mind paying for 6 that's what we wanted. Dint worry won't be visiting this one again.
