Finally had a chance to stop by with my 4 year old son. The staff is very friendly and incredibly helpful. The trains above weren’t running and they kindly turned them on for my little one to enjoy. The display on the 2nd floor wasn’t up and running, but it was still an incredible sight to behold. Prices are also really good compared to other hobby/collectors shops.

EDIT - (12/27/21) - Will be deleting review soon. Called this morning and they will have lionel ship the boxcar directly to us. Once received or it's in transit, this review will go away. Thank you. 2:20pm (12/24/21) - Says closing soon at 3pm so trying to hurry but phone has been ringing for 10 minutes and no one is picking up. Bought several Lionel UP Flyers and at least one is missing the box car that's suppose to be in it. Trying to get a hold of someone to determine what we need to do.

Great online store. At first I wasn't sure how reputable Charles Ro's website was since it's a bit old school design wise, but I was able to pick up some nice hard to get model trains here and it arrived just fine. They have a wide selection, I'm happy about my order

Well, the reason they were closed was because it was only a few minutes away from closing, and if you have ever worked at a store of some kind, you would know that its quite annoying when someone comes in minutes before closing time and stay there until after the time the store was supposed to close. I am sorry if I sounded rude or irrogant, but I was really just trying to help :) But if you were going for pickup, that I don't have an answer to.

Don't know, but if anyone can get it they can. Give them a call. They are very helpful. Weekdays are best. Saturdays are crazy. If you are into trains this is the store to visit

They have Christmas packaged sets including track in O scale and S scsle. They are Lionel and American flyer brands respectively. Also extra cars re usually available plus there are ususlly some accessories too. Great store for service and stock all sold at fair and competitive prices. Operating layout on the weekend. Trains of all sizes to choose from. Highly recommend!

I personally don't work for Charles Row..but l can only judge by the amazing array of train sets & the quaility of thier trains in general..that indeed they do. So goggle them up & call yourself..but my guess is yes, definitely !
