Just Stafford decent but never happy, place is always understaffed or representatives are always too busy trying to help customers are there issues. The one benefit is they do try to help people with technical work, which in all reality you should have technicians in every store that will bring them in so if you can’t fix the system can always upgrade to another.

The store manager and his employee were very customer friendly. The employee was nice she answered a few questions I had and also helped me get my online points.

Terrible customer service. The employees obviously don’t communicate because I called 2 days ago to reserve the new Xbox elite controller, they had one left, and the person that answered the phone said that they couldn’t put any item on reserve. It’s first come first serve. I couldn’t make it there that day, so I called today to see if they still had it in stock and they said they had one, but it’s on reserve for someone else. What?! They apologized, but what good does that do me? I told them that is completely unfair and if I get there first, I should be able to buy it. They only apologized again. Not good enough.

I got 5 for a 700 dollar phone Other than that trade-in policy or deal they got going everything else is excellent
