I went in to purchase a phone and my experience definitely could have been better. It took one of the employees almost 30 minutes to find the phone I wanted in the warehouse and i was mostly just wondering why it was taking so long as I roamed the store to look at other electronics. Eventually the phone was found and i was told it was buried next to a similar model phone and therefore harder to find, understandable. To Best Buys credit though i did receive a hefty discount on a screen protector for waiting. Just wish the process would have been a little more streamlined and If the wait was going to be a little longer that it was communicated to me sooner.

I went to Best Buy shopping for a specific TV remote. A young man was extremely helpful and had a great attitude and smile. He led me directly to the exact remote I had been searching for all day at other stores. The experience was quick, staff competent, and the time spent there was actually a pleasure.

I liked the inventory. Prices weren't bad both high and low end. Employees knowledgeable but, getting help after purchase and leave the store was terrible. Geek Squad was no help w/problem. Very disappointed in that part of my service experience.

Kyle C. is a manager here. Drove two hours for a PlayStation 5. It shows it's "in store" only one available on the Best Buy app. No matter what, if it shows that, they have it 100% no matter what. I have enough experience to know. Kyle C. told me with attitude over and over that they don't have it and he just did not want to hear what I had to say. The lady at the pickup order area told me they told her it's on "hold." If it shows available on the app, it's not on hold anymore. I heard there was someone waiting since 5 am to buy it and they told him the same thing. This is the only Best Buy I've ever not walked out with the product I'm looking for. You guys are holding it for yourselves. It looks to be a canceled order and you guys are holding it for an employee. What a disgusting system. When I get a chance, I'll be reporting this store and you Kyle C.

Cameras range from 479.99 and up for a DSLR camera anything cheaper is cell phone quality
They work either on gas or natural gas. Due to toxic gas have to be outside. Bigger they are more they can power.

They do not in house. But if you purchased a protection plan with camera from Best Buy they will send out for repair.

Best Buy does not have a rent-to-own, but they do offer a revolving credit card that you can make payments on for your stove and fridge that you need. You can go to the service desk and apply for credit.

While I'm not an employee for Best Buy if I am a customer Best Buy. And I've never had a problem with customer service. And usually there online services takes 24 hours to update anything that's sold in the store. Cuz I'm a business owner myself too. And when I have to do updates my Tech Team doesn't know to the end of the day what to change. It's not like instantaneous. That's why you have to call the store to verify if they had the certain item or product. Cuz it might say it has it in stock. But someone could have just wanted a few minutes ago. I've always been a big fan of Best Buy I never had a problem with him ever. Even if I've ever had had to exchange something or get something repaired it's always done promptly with a smile
