Not impressed with the service. Was asked if I wanted my car battery installed, before I had a chance to answer the guy let me know it wouldn’t happen today. I had planned on installing myself anyway. I don’t understand these places that offer free installation if they have no intention of honoring that.

Key FOB Replacement. The Store Associate Kyle was very helpful in replacing a Key FOB for my car. He was able to get it re-programmed and *also* wipe out the old program int he car to delete the lost key. This accomplished the task that I requested that other FOB dealers around town were not able to agree to or understand when I made the calls for help. Also, he took the extra step to do it right, which included a call back to the Key Programming Company. I feel that Kyle, using the resources available did a great job. For the reason specifically of his efforts, I am giving Batteries Plus a deserved 5 Stars. JB

They do, provided you do not have an expensive watch brand/model. I got a great deal on a discontinued model designer watch (paid less than $75) but they won't touch it, even when I offered to sign a waiver. They referred me to The Watch Doctor.
