The auction starts after 9. I preview the day before, pick what you will bid on, if you win, pay cash, if another pay method, you pick up and pay on Monday. If you pay by check, you cannot pick up until check clears a week later. Ps, look online for details, also tou can get your bid number, avoid the line on saturday.

They are usually in really bad shape and will require a complete remodel

The Thursday and Friday prior to auction you can just walk in to look at inventory and if you want to pre register by taking in your ID and filling out a simple form for your bidder #. On the Saturday morning of auction take your bidder # or you can also register at this time. You will not be allowed in with out a bidder # the day of auction.
