Rick was very professional and courteous, took care of the issue the same day as opposed to Betty the receptionist who feels that instead of asking she can make decisions on her own and they are not very good ones. I called in on Thursday to get my trash can replaed because it was broken since I moved to this house. she said that it couldn't be done until the following week, so I said what am I supposed to do with days worth of trash? she said that was my problem and to call back once I figured out a solution to my problem. I went in person and asked for Jason, the supervisor, she called and said he wasn't in at the moment. I mentined who I was and she said "oh you're the one with the trash can?" in a sarcastic way. I said yes, and I figured out where to put my trash so tell me when will my trash can get replaced exactly. I had answers for her so I expected to have an answer as well. she said she didn't know and that Jason was gone for the day. so there's lots of contradicting statements here. first, she asks me to call back to get an issue resolved once I figure something out, which I did and she still couldn't help me. second, she tries to get Jason for me and afterwards she says hes gone for the whole day. if that was true I feel she should have known Rick was handling things for Jason and should have asked him for help. I did not expect to get VIP treatment the same day, but at least get the service that Im paying for before the weekend. Rick called me back after a voicemail that I left on Jasons phone and resolved the issue THE SAME DAY. so how is it that she couldn't ask him for help initially. she argued she didn't know the routes and such but exactly my point, if you don't know you ask! very disappointed in this Betty, and I am planning on talking to someone about her. its not fair that people get this kind of treatment from a place where we pay for the service, nothing is free.
