This place is great! They have the kindest and most helpful staff I've ever dealt with and I've been on the road for work for nearly 20 years. Rooms are exceptionally clean, the property is kept up well, plenty of parking. The best part is its right by downtown. You can walk anywhere you need.

The hotel needs major work done. The furniture is extremely outdated. The bathrooms don't have ventilation systems in them. I requested a Handicap room with a handicap bathroom. I didn't get either. The room was very small. The T.V. was mainly in Spanish and didn't work properly. They tried to Charge me double. I had go down stairs to ask them why. I had to get this hotel for a Surgery I was having. I feel I should be refunded my money for the False Advertisement on the website!

I had the best stay at this location When I arrived shiela greeted me with a smile Offered me bottled water . After I got to my room about 15 mins later she called to find out if everything was ok with the room. It was great, I like that it didn’t have carpet much cleaner. Throughout my stay Sheila was very helpful please reward her in some way she is doing a great job. I am in Guest experience in my job and appreciate it when I see people going the extra mile to make a guest happy.

The hotel was always clean. Front desk staff always very nice and helpful. I did ask multiple times for my room to be serviced and it was never done when asked and not once did they sweep or mop the floors. I even stripped the bed and put the sheets on the floor before I went to work and came back and they were still in the floor. So after a 15 hour day had to wait for them to come up and make my bed with clean sheets.
