I have quite a few problems with this death trap. For starters my mothers entire body turned septic while she was getting the run around from the doctors that work here. They originally told her she had a broken back AND SENT HER HOME!! Who does that!? Then she turned septic and admitted her self here. She was in the ER alone without help for 3 days on her death bed, no IV, no meds, no bed no nothing. Someone barely helped her on technically her last day of life and got her emergency surgery. ONE person out of all of these horrible people noticed someone dying right in front of them and grew a conscious. This place and many others have staff who don’t care about patients and are perfectly okay letting them die. This is the place to go if you want to die, if you want to live and receive help DO NOT GO HERE

Do not recommend the ER. The front staff did not give any information about anything. We went at 5:00 pm and decided to come back at 10:30 pm. Got no help and no medications at all while waiting. We just decided to get up and leave at 10:30 pm because clearly they did not treat it as an emergency.

The ER staff is not helpful. The nurses are hit and miss. Babak Yekta, MD insulted his coworker while answering a question and then after failing to submit a referral we requested. The number we received for the place that was recommended was wrong so we had to figure out how to do it ourselves. This place only seems to care about the money. I’ve been here a few times myself and have always received subpar care. I’ve heard only bad experiences here. I would avoid it at all costs. If I could give them no stars I would.

This hospital is the worst attending people. The women from the waiting room was very rude she didn’t help us with any information at all. She kept saying she didn’t know how to speak spanish even though i was speaking English! My dad was in surgery and I obviously had questions about his health again she proceeded to say go outside only one person is allowed.. my mom was with him already but I explained how she only knew Spanish and if they could please translate to her or help her know where to go around the hospital. She said she’ll try to see what she can do. I had questions regarding visiting hours and if someone can stay over with my dad again she didn’t answer my question. We asked if my mom can stay with him they said yes only one person though. At 9:56pm we get a call saying my mom was (kicked) out of the hospital because “she wasn’t allowed to stay” this is very unacceptable!! If they would have answered our question we would have known better !!
