I called yesterday to lift a fraud alert of my credit report, and the girl that helped me was really helpful and curteous. She said i needed to send my proof and it would take like a week to be lifted. I told her i needed this removed fast because i need to go buy a car and move my family around, and she said she can ask security questions and if i pass she will lift it right away. I passed and she did . Great customer service!

You have to speak to someone and give authorization. Sometimes they want a written letter but if you go in person they should be able to help you at the counter.
Government issued ID, like a drivers license or passport
Go down to Experian w/confirming document (s) and a brief cover letter at 2220 Ritchey St., Santa Ana, CA 92075. They will receive it there ( M-F 9am to 4pm ). It will be corrected by the next day. This l have found to be the quickest and most assured method of making any corrections to info./data on your credit report. Good luck! RRCG

Probably not, call them and ask if they have an affadavit he can sign authorizing you to pick up a copy, otherwise the only other option is to have a copy mailed to him.
