We got our bikes stolen from here and we went up to the front desk to ask for the footage from the cameras but they came up with excuses saying that the cameras were pointing at the bikes and that even if they had access to the footage they would need to ask corporate or someone in charge for the footage and then after they told us that they kept saying that it took long cuz we needed to comb through it just to make sure that they have someone walking into the frame and out of the frame with the bikes and then told us that they'll send us all the footage took down our emails and never sent us anything, we also saw people who told us that they got their bikes stolen from here and the people at the front desk didn't do anything to help us out afterwards or even during the fact. Gyms clean though maybe fix a lot of the out of order stuff.

Pretty clean and great for late night workouts. The front desk attendant Jesse is always helpful and kind! His customer service is awesome and makes coming to the gym enjoyable.

I always enjoy getting in a good work out 3 to 4 times a week. The machines are new and clean, the staff has always been welcoming. There are plenty of cardio machines, cleaning stations and accommodating bathrooms. Did I mention massage chairs? Yeah it is worth the money to get a gym pass. So stop making excuses and make it happen!

Too many people hog at the machines and they dont know what their doin at a gym , homeless at the showers and very dirty during the evenings worst than any LA PF

HI, Hannah! It sounds like you are asking about a sauna? We regret to say that our clubs do not have saunas, but we do have many other amenities like tanning beds, massage tables, and hydro massage beds!

Hey Jesse, the High School Summer Pass program is meant to help teens stay active during the Summer, but it does end on August 31st. Until then, if you ever see members of any age not following policy or not adhering to gym etiquette, please do not hesitate to reach out to the staff as we want all of our members to feel both safe and free to use our equipment without worry.
Hey, Stephanie! Unfortunately, all of our memberships are required to be tied to a checking account. Using a checking account for EFT transactions helps our members avoid any potential service charges which would result from noncollectable monthly dues or annual fees. By using a checking account, it decreases the possibility of missing a payment. We assure you we keep everyone's account information safe and secure! Hope this clears things up!

There is a special of 25 dollars per month, very cheap I prefer this one that the 24choras is very expensive and many people.
No steam rooms here. Hydro-massage beds are much more relaxing!

To cancel your membership by mail, all you would need to do is place the signed letter in a stamped envelope in your mailbox and the club will handle your cancellation request accordingly. Honestly, your best option is to bring someone from outside to help you. An acquaintance or friend will help you a lot and much cheaper. There are groups on Facebook that join for this kind of help, good luck.
