I could not be more pleased with the customer service here at South Bay Ford. Christopher Quinn made the long day at the dealership 1000% worth it. I came in looking to trade in my vehicle and scoop up a new one. After looking at a few cars, I had one in mind but just could not get it down to the price I wanted... I was ready to just sell my car and get out of there, but Christopher knew there was one last vehicle he had to show me AND I AM SO GLAD HE DID! After several weeks of waiting, yesterday, I finally picked up my Escape! Thanks to Jeffrey, who was patiently answering my messages and keeping me posted about car’s tracking information. Better go to a body shop. These guys are good at repairs but i dont think they do body work

Please get vaccinated - That's the best Covid safety option. My experience with this Ford dealer was a few levels higher than the others, both on-site and by phone. I hope to complete my car purchase in 3 weeks.

I have never had a bad experience with the service reps. Every one in that area has been professional and helpful. They are busy, there is a lot of people waiting so what you may think is rude is actually being focused on helping customers move through the system.

Don't know but good customer service
I don't think so. I've been going since 2008 and I've been able to leave my car without a charge. Talk to Rowe or Javier in Service, they are extremely helpful!
Yes. Southbay is an authorized Ford dealer. Even if their service department doesn't have part in stock (very unlikely) they can order parts from Ford with overnight delivery.
