have had them replace a failed memory card (also updated to faster speed, and they bought older memory card that still worked), plus had them replace HD with much faster solid state drive), plus they found problem with a driver that had stopped working for modem plug.

I used this place to change the screen on my Surface. The price was high, but lower than Microsoft' s so I decided to take a risk. I was promised my computer will be returned to me within 2-3 days after they receive it, but I was waiting for 2 weeks to get it back. I called them several times and every time they gave me different explanations for the delay, but promised to email me when the computer is shipped back to me. I never received the shipping confirmation, but I kept calling and finally the computer arrived. And I never used it again because the screen on my Surface is shaking and impossible to use. I texted to the person I was communicating with all that time, but never received a response.

They turned a bad experience into a good one. Which is a rare find these days. Read my experience and judge for yourself: I had issues at the beginning with 365 Laptop Repair. I decided to change a cracked screen for my Old Surface Pro 4 on my own and so, I ordered the screen from their website. Sadly, the screen came defective and started to flicker when I tested it. So I sent it back and they sent me a new one with no questions asked. Sadly, yet again, the new screen was also defective (this one would flicker when the computer got hot), so at this point I was expecting them to evade their responsibility to provide me with a new screen. However, instead, they asked me to send my computer to them so that they could be absolutely sure the problem was the screen, and if so, they would change it. So somewhat fearful I wouldn't see my computer back, I sent it in. Weeks later, they tested and confirmed the screen was faulty, and changed it for a new one and sent my computer back. So here is where things get critical, for when I opened the box I found the new screen came cracked. I don't know if it was banged during the shipping, or they packaged it like that, but it was pretty bad damage. At this point I could have expected anything from them to avoid responsibility; that they would say it was not their fault or that I broke it. But no, they asked me to send it back again. Long story short, after waiting for some time (almost a month) for new parts to come in, I finally received my computer back, and with the screen finally working fine. It looks like they even changed the casing. In the end they must have spent way more than the price of the original screen in, labor, adding the casing and in express shipments back and forth between Miami, FL and LA. This speaks of the character of this vendor; it showed me that they really care about their customers and would go to those extremes to make it right. Vendors like these are a rare breed these days, almost a species in extinction. Most vendors I've dealt with would give up on you or make you jump through hoops. So even though I had a bad experience at first, this vendor showed me that there is still people out there that have work ethic and truly care about their customers. If I ever have another computer to repair, I'll send it to them for repair in a heartbeat.

I brought my MacBook in for repair and they delivered excellent help. I was told by another place my MacBook’s motherboard was done and that the charging port was no good either. I was told by the other guys that I would need a new laptop but since it’s a 2016 I figured it could be fixed. 365 Laptop Repair repaired both issues and had it up and running in no time. Their help was cost effective, professional and informative! Thank you for helping me out and taking the time to try!

It could be clogged or damaged fan. If cleaning the fan with compressed air wouldn't improve the overheating, you will need to remove and re-apply new thermal grease. There is also a small probability your processor isn't compatible with your software. In other words if you only experience the overheating issue on this game it is likely incompatibility issue.
Hi Christine, We do repair these units. The charge would be $89.99 if the problem is related to hardware. Usually the microphone would not fail on its own. It could be damaged screen assembly/wiring that goes to the motherboard. It could also be a software problem. Regards. 365 Laptop Repair
